Returns of stock items in new, unused condition are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. A copy of the original receipt must be included with the return. Used, modified, or installed parts are non-returnable.

Penske Racing Shocks shock absorbers are custom-built to order specifications. Returns of shock absorbers or any other custom items require pre-approval and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call (610) 375-6180 for return authorization of customized shocks and/or parts.

Return shipping charges are payable by the customer. Additionally, Penske Racing Shocks is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or a credit placed on your account, within 7 days from inspection approval. You will be provided with a copy of your credit via email or postal service.
